Bentonite Clay
Bentonite Clay is an amazing clay that has strong detoxing properties and helps to pull toxins out. Great for detox cycles and also awesome for cleansing face masks. Loaded with silica, magnesium, iron, sodium, calcium, and potassium. Bentonite Clay also contains an electrical charge and when in contact with liquid, it binds itself to other molecules helping to draw them out of the body.
Due to the complex and unique state of Bentonite Clay it is best to avoid using metal bowls and utensils with the clay as that can damage the molecular structure and nullify some of the amazing qualities. Instead try using glass, wooden or ceramic bowls and utensils to preserve the electrical charge and potency.
Usage: 1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon mixed into a few ounces of water and consumed.
When taking as a part of a Detox Cleanse, it is recommended to take it about 1-2 hours after ingesting the Detox Cleanse Tincture for best results.
When using for face masks you can mix 1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon into a bowl and mix a splash of water into clay and mix into a nice paste, then apply over face or any problem areas. You can leave on skin for roughly 6-8 mins for most skin types or until you feel your skin start pulling and tightening. Then simply wash off your skin and we recommend using a moisturizer after to rehydrate the skin such as Body Butter or Face Serum.
