We soak Organic Vanilla Beans for 6 months in Saskatchewan Vodka to extract the pure Vanilla flavour & essence. This creates a very rich taste that is great for baking, making ice cream, and flavouring dishes naturally. This extract is very fragrant and has a lovely flavour that is sure to improve your treats.
There is zero additives and we do not heat the beans or alcohol either, so this is as pure as it can get for Vanilla Extract.
